A team of Christian volunteers have set up a temporary shelter for the homeless.
St Mary's Church in Rodbourne have opened their doors between 10pm and 8am on Saturday nights. February will see Christchurch in Old Town house the shelter during February on Friday nights.
One of the organisers Jane Perrott, said, This shelter is born out of the need I saw while I was out as a Street Pastor", We are all so grateful to St Mary's, and Christchurch, I am sure other churches will follow their lead"
